We have used Melinda's services twice in the past, and will continue to use and recommend her to all our friends for any future real estate needs. When listing our house, she said our house would sell in 4-6 weeks, and it did. Demonstrating her astounding knowledge of the market, and displaying her confidence as a realtor. She listened to our search criteria, and took the time to personally know our likes and dislikes, resulting in us finding our dream house, on our first day of home viewings. Her upbeat personality, automatically puts a person at ease, and instills customers trust in her as their realtor. Melinda Brake always goes above and beyond what is required of her services. She travelled to our place of work for signatures, to make our day easier, she provided feedback promptly after each viewing, she rearranged her schedule to fit our requests to extend open house timings, she even offered to clean our kitty box on a weekend we would be away if we had a showing.!!! Now that is some realtor..!! Melinda is extremely thoughtful and giving, after our move, she gave us a beautiful housewarming gift, and even enclosed a little present for our 5 year old daughter, it was nice to know she thought of all the little details and welcomed the entire family. Melinda's concern for her clients doesn't end when the deal is closed, she followed up with us 2 months after our move, to make sure nothing was left outstanding, and that we were happy with the move and house. Melinda Brake should never be viewed as just a realtor, for us, she quickly became a family friend.  Without hesitation, we would strongly encourage anyone searching for a realtor, to look up her name and number.
